Why Am I Seeing a Blank Page or Error Message when accessing the Juicyads Website?

When you try to log in or access a page on our site, you may experience one of the following issues:

  • The page appears completely blank or white.

  • The page content fails to load.

  • You receive a connection error message (like "This site can't be reached" or a 404 error) on a page that should be working.

Causes

The most common cause of this issue is an active ad blocker or a browser privacy extension (such as AdBlock, uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, or Brave Shields).

These tools are designed to block advertising trackers, and being that Juicyads.com is an ad network, having the ad blocker active when visiting our site may cause our site to not load properly, resulting in the blank page or error you are seeing.

Resolution: Disable Ad Block or Whitelist Our Site

Disabling the ad blocker is the fastest and most effective way to resolve the issue, but you don't always have to turn off your ad blocker completely. You just need to add our website to its "allow list" (or "whitelist"). This tells the extension to trust our domain and allow its content to load.
