How long does it take for my campaign to be approved?

Each campaign that is running in our network is tested very thoroughly by our staff to protect our publishers and their traffic. As you can imagine, we have many campaigns requested each day, and our staff does our best to make sure that they are reviewed and approved in a timely manner. 

Campaigns will be reviewed in the order in which they are received, and can take up to 24hrs to review. If you have been waiting more than 24hrs or would like to see if your campaign can be approved sooner, please contact our Live Support platform to speak to one of our operators, or you can speak with your Account Manager.

• Campaign Review/Approval times may be extended on weekends.
• Please Note: If you are a new Advertiser, additional documents may be required which can increase wait time. 
• Popunder campaign requests will not show up in your account until they have been reviewed and approved.
• Banner campaigns will show as "pending review" once submitted for review.
