I just created an account, but I never received my confirmation email.

If you have recently created an account with but did not receive your confirmation email:

Please allow up to 30 minutes for the e-mail to arrive depending on your email client, internet connection, internet speed, etc.

If 30 minutes have passed and you still do not have your confirmation email, please check the spam/trash/junk folders of your email client to see if the email was redirected there. If still you have not received the email, please make sure you add to your email client’s whitelist and contact our live support agent or open a ticket for assistance.
