Phone Verification and why it is necessary

At our platform, it is mandatory to verify your account to ensure its full functionality and access to our services. Verification is conducted through an SMS process. Advertisers are required to verify their accounts to load funds, while publishers need to verify their accounts to request payment. The purpose of this verification process is to mitigate fraud risks, thereby safeguarding both JuicyAds and our clients.

To initiate the verification process, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the avatar located at the top right-hand corner of your account.
  2. In the drop-down menu, select "Unverified (Get Verified)." This will redirect you to the phone verification system.
  3. Make the necessary selections from the drop-down menus and proceed to request verification.

Please note the following guidelines for a successful verification:

  • Ensure that you use a contracted mobile phone for verification purposes. Please note that prepaid mobile phones or temporary VOIPs are not accepted.
  • When entering your phone number, do NOT include the country code. Simply choose your country and preferred language from the drop-down list.
  • Click on "Request Verification" to initiate the SMS, which will provide you with a 4-digit PIN number.
  • Enter the PIN number into the designated field to complete the verification process.

By adhering to these steps, you will successfully verify your account and gain unrestricted access to the features and functionalities offered by JuicyAds.

 

Troubleshooting Call Verification Issues

If you're experiencing difficulties receiving the PIN for verification, please consider the following:

  1. Country Code: Ensure that you have excluded the country code from your phone number. Instead, select your country from the provided drop-down menu when attempting the call.

  2. Formatting: Enter the phone number as if you were dialing it from within your own country and do not enter the number in an international format. The system will automatically include the necessary country code.

  3. Device Compatibility: Verify that you are not using a prepaid mobile phone or a temporary VOIP service, as these may impact the verification process.

If you have followed the above steps and still encounter issues, please take the following actions:

Contact Support: Reach out to our support team or open a support ticket to receive further assistance and potential solutions.

Account Lockout: Please note that after three failed verification attempts or the use of an invalid phone number, your account may be temporarily blocked from further attempts for a period of 24 hours.

It's worth mentioning that upon certain circumstances, Juicyads may allow manual verification at our discretion. To request manual verification, please contact support@juicyads.com for further instruction.
