Our IP Targeting allows you to target specific IP addresses/ranges. This is generally useful for targeting specific carriers for 3G/4G devices. When ENABLED, your campaign will only deliver impressions from the selected IP Addresses and IP Ranges you selected to target.
We offer several formats to enter your IP targeting...
1) Individual IP Address Ranges (v4): Simply enter the Start Range and End Range of the IP's you want to target

2) Mass IP Address Ranges (v4): If you have several IP ranges you wish to enter in at once, you would enter them in the box labeled "Mass IP Address Ranges". You would enter the Start and End range , delimited by a hyphen (Starting IP Range - Ending IP Range) and only enter one range per line.

3) Mass CIDR Format IP Ranges (v4): CIDR is the short for Classless Inter-Domain Routing, an IP addressing scheme that replaces the older system based on classes A, B, and C. A single IP address can be used to designate many unique IP addresses with CIDR. A CIDR IP address looks like a normal IP address except that it ends with a slash followed by a number, called the IP network prefix. CIDR addresses reduce the size of routing tables and make more IP addresses available within organizations.
